Geevs is a family of flexible Servers for Post-Production, Production and Transmission.

Geevs SD is our utility video server designed to sit at the heart of multi-channel SD workflows. The system offers the highest level of feature integration and reliability that has come to be expected from a Geevs server. The Geevs SD Server is a dual input, dual output solution that can be treated as 4 independent channels. It utilises all of the Geevs control-clients and can be delivered in 2U or 4U configurations to accommodate more channels of I/O.

Geevs has been designed for the broadcast industry, ranging from national networks to small regional stations, to allow them to provide high quality programming. In this environment, the need for ease-of-use, reliability, flexibility, performance and affordability are all vital considerations when purchasing a server. The Geevs Servers have been designed to meet these requirements.

Geevs’ software clients provide the User Control Interface. Software clients provide complete control over the server and all its channels or be assigned a single specific task such as Ingest or Playout. The Clients can be run directly on the Server or remotely via a networked pc.

Software Clients
Geevs acts as a platform for a variety of software clients that fulfill specific customer requirements. These clients control Playlists, Time Delay, Multicam and many more functions. All of these are simple, intuitive and customisable in order to optimise productivity and basic asset management.
