Geevs is a family of flexible Servers for Post-Production, Production and Transmission.

Geevs SDE is the universal I/O Geevs Server designed to integrate into your analogue and/or digital, SD infrastructure.
The Geevs SDE1 offers 1 input and 2 outputs.
The Geevs SDE2 offers 2 inputs and 4 outputs.
The Geevs SDE3 offers 3 inputs and 6 outputs.
All inputs and outputs have SDI and analogue video with embedded, AES and analogue audio.

The system offers the highest level of feature integration and reliability that has come to be expected from a Geevs server. Like all Geevs Servers, it is scaleable in architecture and can be used in isolation or as part of an automated distribution or capture facility. Geevs SDE is the perfect product to handle your transition from analogue to digital infrastructures. It is designed to offer a “swiss army knife” of I/O as well as compression formats that can help future-proof and extend the life of your existing solutions. It utilises all of the Geevs control-clients and can be delivered in 2U (SDE1) or 4U (SDE1/SDE2/SDE3) configurations to accommodate more channels of I/O.

Geevs has been designed for the broadcast industry, ranging from national networks to small regional stations, to allow them to provide high quality programming. In this environment, the need for ease-of-use, reliability, flexibility, performance and affordability are all vital considerations when purchasing a server. The Geevs Servers have been designed to meet these requirements.

Geevs’ software clients provide the User Control Interface. Software clients provide complete control over the server and all its channels or be assigned a single specific task such as Ingest or Playout. The Clients can be run directly on the Server or remotely via a networked pc.

Software Clients
Geevs acts as a platform for a variety of software clients that fulfill specific customer requirements. These clients control Playlists, Time Delay, Multicam and many more functions. All of these are simple, intuitive and customisable in order to optimise productivity and basic asset management.
